This video consists of about 700 photos which I took in just over an hour, a few days after the making of the 2nd batch of the essence. Rather painstaking work, as I had to turn the pot by hand in very small increments every 4 seconds. Natural light was used, but it being shot in November in Scotland, the clouds kept shifting and the light kept changing...
